Job description
Cone Health seeks a Registered Nurse for its Heart Failure Cardiac Progressive Care Unit, Days. The RN delivers evidence-based care to adult cardiac and heart failure patients, including continuous monitoring, titration of cardiac medications, and coordination of multidisciplinary care plans. Responsibilities include timely assessments, telemetry interpretation, patient and family education on disease management, and support of safe transitions of care.
