Practice Opportunity - Regional Heart Failure Center
425+ bed not for profit medical center
Well established cardiac team of 12+ cardiologists 3 Cardiac Surgeons, 5 General Cardiologists, interventional cardiology, structural heart cardiology, and electrophysiology
Advanced Heart Failure APP support in hospital and clinic
22 patients per full day clinic, on average
Established LVAD monitoring clinic
Shared call 1:8- sub specialists rotate with general cardiology team
