Job description
Britt Medical in New York is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join our Heart Failure care team, working alongside experienced cardiologists in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
You will assess, diagnose and manage complex heart failure patients, develop treatment plans, order tests, educate patients and families, and participate in rounds with the cardiology team; prior cardiology or heart failure experience is preferred.
