Job description
University of Minnesota Physicians seeks a Certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant to join the Heart Care team at M Health Fairview clinics in Maplewood, MN and Woodbury, MN, with inpatient work at St. John's Hospital in Maplewood.
Focus on coordinating care for adults with cardiac disease and providing outpatient management for heart failure. Join a multidisciplinary team and use EPIC to support patient care.
