Job description
Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston seeks a Cardiothoracic Transplant Clinical Pharmacist. The role rotates across inpatient and ambulatory heart and lung transplant services, serving as the transplant pharmacotherapy expert on interdisciplinary teams.
You will lead immunosuppressive therapy discussions on rounds, contribute to education for patients and clinicians, develop protocols, and precept PGY-2 residents and students.
