Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a Heart Rhythm Nurse to join our advanced cardiac team in Hartford. In this role, you’ll assess and monitor heart rhythm patients, support electrophysiology procedures and device follow-ups, and interpret EKGs and rhythm strips. You will collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and allied professionals to create and implement care plans while educating patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and home monitoring.
