Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking a Heart Rhythm Nurse to join our Heart Rhythm team in Hartford. In this role, you’ll provide advanced cardiac rhythm assessment, monitoring, and follow-up care for diverse patient populations in both inpatient and outpatient settings. You will collaborate closely with cardiologists and electrophysiologists, support procedures and device checks, interpret rhythm diagnostics, and educate patients and families.
