Job description
Mayo Clinic Arizona is seeking a heart transplant social worker to deliver specialized psychosocial care across heart failure, LVAD, and transplantation. You will assess patients, support families, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to navigate insurance, disability and financial resources with empathy.
Required MSW with 2 years of post-MSW hospital experience and an active LMSW license in Arizona.
