Heat Seal Operator – Full-TimeLocation: Charlotte, NC 28216Job Type: Full-TimeExperience: Experience Preferred – Will TrainPay: $16 - $18Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Heat Seal Operator. This position is responsible for operating dielectric heat-sealing/RF welding equipment to create strong, consistent seams on vinyl and fabric components.Key ResponsibilitiesReview daily work orders, production instructions, part numbers, and quantitiesSet up and operate dielectric heat-sealing/RF welding equipmentAdjust machine settings including sealing time, pressure, power, temperature, and cycle controlsPrepare, position, align, and smooth materials before sealingUse dies, electrodes, guides, and fixtures to create accurate and consistent seamsOperate machinery safely and follow all required safety proceduresInspect finished seams for proper bond strength, alignment, appearance, and qualityIdentify and report issues such as weak seams, burn marks, material sticking, overheating, arcing, or inconsistent sealsStack and stage finished parts carefully to prevent damageQualificationsReliable attendance and strong work ethicExcellent attention to detailAbility to follow written and verbal instructions accuratelyAbility to read work orders, part numbers, measurements, and basic production informationAbility to read numbers and understand basic production documentationMechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operation and setupAbility to identify quality issues and material defectsBenefitsPaid vacationPaid holidaysFree private parkingGenerous benefits packageTraining and development opportunitiesIf you are dependable, detail-oriented, and interested in learning a skilled manufacturing position, we encourage you to apply!
