Senior Maintenance TechnicianIf you're the person everyone calls when production goes down, we want to talk to you!Manufacturing Maintenance Solutions (MMS) is looking for an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician with strong PLC, electrical, controls, automation, and heat treat experience. You'll troubleshoot and maintain critical manufacturing equipment while helping keep production running safely and efficiently.What You'll DoTroubleshoot PLC-controlled and automated equipmentDiagnose and repair electrical, controls, and automation issuesTroubleshoot and maintain heat treat furnaces, ovens, burners, and related equipmentDiagnose temperature controls, thermocouples, heating systems, and furnace controlsWork with motors, VFDs, sensors, relays, HMIs, and industrial controlsRead electrical schematics, control circuits, and ladder logicPerform preventive and predictive maintenanceRespond to breakdowns and minimize equipment downtimeComplete work orders and document repairs in CMMSSupport equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projectsWhat You Need5+ years of industrial maintenance experienceStrong PLC troubleshooting skillsAdvanced electrical and controls knowledgeAbility to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot control circuitsExperience with motors, motor controls, VFDs, sensors, and automation equipmentManufacturing or heavy industrial maintenance experienceStrong understanding of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and safe work practicesPreferred ExperienceHeat treat equipment, industrial furnaces, ovens, burners, or combustion systemsAllen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar PLC platformsHMI troubleshootingIndustrial networking and communicationsRobotics and automation systemsPrevious lead or senior maintenance experienceBenefits That Support Your FutureAt MMS, we invest in our employees and their future.
