Heat Treat Production Associate OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a machine manufacturer in Audubon, MN. We’re seeking candidates for Heat Treat Production Associate roles. Compensation for these temp opportunities ranges between $18.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested? Read more below!What you will do as a Heat Treat Production Associate:Set-up and disassemble loads and/or operate heat treating equipment, such as heat-treating furnaces, vacuum furnaces, and induction machines, that anneal, temper, harden or heat-treat metal objectsSet automatic controls, observe gauges, and operate gas or electric furnace used to harden temper, anneal heat treat metal partsLoad parts into containers in accordance with load diagrams, closes furnace door, and insert parts into furnace when specified temperature is reachedAdjust machine settings with assistance when necessaryRemove parts from the furnace after specified time and air-dry/cool parts in water or oil brineRead production schedule to determine processing sequence and furnace temperature requirements for objects to be heat treatedLight gas burners and adjusts flow of gas and coolant waterWhat you need to be a Heat Treat Production Associate:Ability to read work orders to determine processing specificationsAbility to lift up to 20 pounds with or without reasonable accommodationsAbility to follow work instructionsTake the next step in your career and apply today!
