What sets you up for successHigh school diploma or equivalent; an HVAC technical credential is a plus.
Demonstrated experience as an HVAC technician or equivalent service role.

Comfort reading and applying technical manuals, diagrams, and specifications.
Keen troubleshooting ability with sharp attention to detail.
Current driver's license and a clean driving history.
