Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems.
Perform preventative maintenance and service calls.
Install and replace air conditioning equipment and components.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues.
Communicate professionally with customers and property management staff.
Complete service reports and maintain accurate records.
Follow all company safety procedures and applicable codes.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 years of experience as an HVAC Technician preferred.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repairs.
EPA Certification preferred.
Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in outdoor conditions and lift HVAC equipment when necessary.
Reliable and responsible.
