Ready to build projects that actually matter? Join a growing heavy civil construction company delivering complex infrastructure projects across the Northeast - from wastewater facilities and dam work to excavation, process piping, and large-scale civil construction.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $100,000 – $140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Performance Bonus: Project Managers are eligible for a performance-based annual bonus with no maximum cap . Approximately 25% of base salary.
Some regional travel with minimal overnight stays (roughly 7 x per year)

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
Manage 3–4 active construction projects at a time
Lead projects from planning through closeout
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Run project meetings and maintain timelines
Visit job sites weekly/biweekly across the Northeast region
What We’re Looking For:
3–7+ years of Project Management experience
Background in heavy civil, wastewater, renewable energy, excavation, utilities, or related construction xzgxqkn
Experience managing $2M+ projects from start to finish
Ability to read blueprints and understand survey/layout work
Strong communication and problem-solving mindset
PMP Certification is a plus
Experience with Procore or Oracle P6
