Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Heavy Duty Forklift Operator to support production operations under the direction of the Finish Shop Supervisor. This role safely operates high-capacity counterbalance forklifts and other equipment to handle shipping containers, steel, and construction materials while moving materials efficiently between work areas.
Responsibilities
Operate high-capacity counterbalance forklifts and multiple equipment types to transport materials between work areas.
Handle shipping containers, steel, and construction materials.
Move materials in support of daily production operations.
Load and position containers and heavy materials safely and efficiently.
Perform heavy-load handling in industrial work environments.
Follow all applicable safety procedures and maintain safety compliance during forklift operations.
