Genuine Parts Company, including NAPA Auto Parts Stores, is seeking a Heavy-Duty Counter Parts Professional. You will assist customers with heavy-duty parts questions, help with parts selection, and support store operations in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidates have heavy-duty parts knowledge, a passion for customer care, and strong communication skills. Prior experience with cataloging or inventory systems is a plus, with opportunities for on-the-job training.
