You'll be:Loading catalyst substrates onto coating machinesCleaning coaters, dryers, and other production equipment to maintain workplace standardsOperating equipment and machinery in compliance with all safety protocols and proceduresPerforming housekeeping duties in work-related areasPacking substrates into boxes and screening parts for quality issuesFollowing work instructions and procedures for chemical operationsAdding specified amounts of raw materials to vessels or blending tanksSetting controls and monitoring equipment for proper operationWeighing and mixing chemical ingredients per formula sheetsAdjusting controls and valves to maintain specified process conditionsObserving gauges, instruments, and chemical reactions, making operating adjustments as neededAttaching hoses and pumps to transfer materials as part of productionThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Are comfortable working in a manufacturing or production environmentHave strong attention to detail and follow safety protocolsCan work independently and as part of a teamAre able to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periodsPreferably have previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or chemical operations (not required)Are willing to learn and follow detailed instructions and proceduresOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
