Job description
Heavy Duty Utility AideSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (80 hours biweekly). Weekends and holidays required on a rotational/as-needed basis.Essential Function: Maintains a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment by performing cleaning and support tasks in accordance with departmental standards.Qualifications & Experience:Ability to follow written and verbal instructionsStrong attention to detail and teamwork skillsValid driver's license requiredAbility to operate cleaning equipment and work independentlyPrior housekeeping or heavy equipment experience preferredHeavy-Duty Responsibilities: Performs deep cleaning and maintenance tasks including waste and linen removal, detailed cleaning of fixtures and surfaces, carpet and floor care (including shampooing and refinishing), furniture moving, event setup, and mattress rotation. Responds to EVS emergencies, reports unusual conditions, complies with all safety/waiver requirements, and completes weekend or additional assignments as directed by the Environmental Services Supervisor.Equal Opportunity Employer.
