Heavy Equipment/ Front-End Loader Operator
Location: Groveland, Florida
Pay: $18
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 p.m.-6:30 a.m.
Overview:
Responsible for preparing organic mixes using a heavy-equipment loader. This includes pushing and organizing material piles to maintain proper segregation and loading material into shakers to ensure a continuous flow through the machines.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment such as front loaders/dozers
Maintain stockpile slopes to ensure a safe working environment
Load material into shakers to support uninterrupted production
Keep equipment clean and in good working condition
Work safely and follow all established procedures
Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in operating and maintaining heavy equipment
Ability to work long hours seated in a loader in dusty, hot conditions
Ability to repeatedly climb into and out of equipment
Strong understanding of safety practices and procedures
Ability to read English and/or follow verbal instructions
Effective communication skills
Comfortable working in dusty, hot, cold, or rainy environments
