Heavy Equipment OperatorSkilled Trades Partners is hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator for a Permanent role in Danvers, MA. This is a great Long Term opportunity for steady work!If you're a skilled operator who takes pride in safe, quality work — we want to talk to you.Job Responsibilities:Operate Heavy Equipment(Excavator, Dozer, Loaders, Backhoes, etc.)Perform work on demolition, excavation, dredging, utility installation, and hardscaping projectsRead and interpret construction plans and grade stakesWork safely and efficiently as part of a crewPerform daily equipment inspectionsQualifications:5–10 years of construction experience(preferred)Proven experience operating multiple types of heavy equipmentAbility to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawingsValid driver's license and reliable transportationOSHA 10 certification(preferred)Strong communication skillsCommitment to safe work practicesPay & Benefits:$38-40/hrHealth insurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Steady Long Term workApply now!
