Heavy Equipment Operator (Front-End Loader)Location: Eminence, KYPay: $20.00/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMJob Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-HireJoin a Stable Outdoor Equipment OperationSnelling Staffing is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator (Front-End Loader) for a well-established vehicle processing and storage operation in Eminence, KY. If you have experience operating heavy equipment and enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career.This position is responsible for safely operating a front-end loader (wheel loader) to move and position vehicles throughout a large outdoor yard while maintaining productivity and safety standards.ResponsibilitiesOperate a front-end loader (wheel loader) safely and efficiently.Transport and position vehicles throughout the yard.Load, unload, relocate, and organize vehicles in designated areas.Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.Maintain awareness of surroundings while operating heavy equipment.Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.Assist with general yard operations as needed.Operate equipment while maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety standards.QualificationsPrevious experience operating a front-end loader, wheel loader, skid steer, excavator, forklift, or other heavy equipment preferred.Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.Strong attention to safety and detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.Mechanical aptitude is a plus.Valid driver's license preferred.Willingness to learn company equipment and operating procedures.Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in any of the following are encouraged to apply:Front-End LoaderWheel LoaderHeavy Equipment OperationConstruction EquipmentMaterial HandlerEquipment OperatorForklift OperatorSkid Steer OperatorExcavator OperatorYard SpotterOutdoor Industrial EquipmentWarehouse Yard OperationsConstructionLandscaping EquipmentAgriculture EquipmentMining EquipmentVehicle Yard OperationsWhy Join Snelling?$20.00/hour starting payFull-time schedule with consistent daytime hoursMonday through Friday – weekends offTemp-to-hire opportunity with long-term career potentialWeekly paySupportive team environmentOpportunity for advancementIf you're an experienced equipment operator looking for a stable opportunity with a respected employer, we'd love to hear from you.
