Night Shift Excavator Operator
Interstate Waste Services (IWS) is hiring experienced Night Shift Excavator Operators.
4 Days On / 3 Days Off then 3 Days On / 4 Days Off • Union Position • Weekly Pay
Pay is $24.33/Hr

What You'll Do
Operate excavators and other heavy equipment in a transfer station environment
Load transfer trailers safely and efficiently
Move, push, and manage waste materials
Perform equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Follow all safety procedures and site traffic patterns
Maintain production goals while operating safely
Requirements
2+ years of excavator or heavy equipment experience
Experience operating yellow iron equipment preferred
Waste, landfill, demolition, construction, or recycling experience a plus
Ability to work overnight shifts
Strong safety record and attention to detail
Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
