Heavy Equipment OperatorSkilled Trades Partners is hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator in between Worcester and Boston. This is a great Long Term opportunity for steady work!If you're a skilled operator who takes pride in safe, quality work — we want to talk to you.Job Responsibilities:Operate Heavy Equipment (Excavator, Skid Steers, Dozer, Loaders, Backhoes, etc.)Perform work on demolition, excavation, dredging, utility installation, and hardscaping projectsRead and interpret construction plans and grade stakesWork safely and efficiently as part of a crewPerform daily equipment inspectionsQualifications:2A/1C Operator licenseProven experience operating multiple types of heavy equipmentAbility to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawingsValid driver's license and reliable transportationOSHA 10 certification (preferred)Strong communication skillsCommitment to safe work practicesPay & Benefits:$40/hr/prevailing wagesHealth insurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Steady Long Term workApply now!
