Heavy Equipment OperatorSchlouch Inc. is an industry leading family-owned site development company located in Eastern PA. We have an immediate need for a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator who can confidently operate multiple types of equipment and take pride in producing quality work. If you're experienced, dependable, safety-focused, and enjoy working with a team that values its people, we'd like to talk with you.Responsibilities:Operate a variety of heavy equipment including: Excavators Dozers Track Loaders Motor Graders Rollers BackhoesPerform excavation, grading, site development, and utility installation work.Read and understand grade stakes, site plans, and GPS machine control systems.Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.Work safely while maintaining productivity and quality standards.Qualifications:Experience operating multiple pieces of heavy equipment.GPS machine control experience preferred.Strong understanding of sitework, elevations, and compactionAbility to work independently without constant directionValid driver's license & reliable transportationWhat We Offer:Competitive pay based on skill—not just time in seatWell-maintained, newer equipmentCapital Blue Cross Medical InsuranceDental and Vision InsuranceCompany Paid Life Insurance and STD401K with a Company MatchEligible for Company Bonus ProgramPaid Time OffPay: $28–$38/hr (based on experience) + OvertimeSchedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday + OT as needed, occasional weekendsLocation: Jobsites located within a 75-mile radius of Blandon, PA
