Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Safe heavy equipment operation.
Equipment inspection and preventive maintenance.
Grade and elevation control.
Job site hazard recognition.
Communication and teamwork.
Time management and productivity focus.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Performance Expectations
Maintain a safe work environment with zero preventable incidents.
Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently.

Job Requirements for Heavy Equipment Operator:
Minimum of 6 months of experience required, although additional experience is preferred.
