Heavy Equipment OperatorWyo-Ben, Inc is a leading family-owned business established in 1951, specializing in Wyoming Bentonite Clay based products. Headquartered in Billings, Montana, with manufacturing facilities in Wyoming, we provide high-quality solutions worldwide.Full-Time | Rotating Shifts Required: Valid Driver's LicenseThe main purpose and function of the Heavy Equipment Operator is to operate heavy equipment including scrapers, dozers, excavators, loaders, farm tractors, rock trucks, motor graders, etc.What You'll Do:Operate heavy equipment, loaders, feed hoppers, and other mining equipment safely and efficiently.Move, blend, stockpile, and recover ore and product materials.Load trucks and maintain stockpile, drainage, and work areas.Complete equipment inspections, fueling, load logs, and basic maintenance tasks.Communicate operational updates, hazards, and production changes during shift handoffs.Follow all safety, environmental, and quality standards.Report equipment, safety, and quality concerns to supervisors.Perform other duties as assigned.What We're Looking For:6 months to 1 year of plant, mining, construction, or heavy equipment experience preferred.Experience operating heavy equipment and loaders.Basic mechanical aptitude, recordkeeping, and math skills.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Valid Driver's LicensePhysical Requirements:Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Regular exposure to dust, noise, machinery, and mobile equipment.Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, climb, and work 8-10 hour shifts.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally.Must comply with all safety and PPE requirements.Apply to be a part of this exciting opportunity with a full-time career at Wyo-Ben.
