Job description
Heavy Equipment OperatorWe are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator with the ability to operate a GPS Dozer or Excavator, specifically a Caterpillar D6N or motor grader. The role involves digging trenches for pipe or poly pipe installation and moving dirt piles to designated areas on the job site. Prepare for a hot environment with no shade on site. The work schedule is Monday to Saturday, with 10-hour days and optional volunteer shifts on Sundays. Orientation and training sessions are scheduled at Polk State College and the company office.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mulberry, FL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
