Job description
GPS Dozer Operator
We are seeking an experienced GPS Dozer Operator to join our team for a significant roadway expansion project in Richmond, Virginia. This role involves operating dozers equipped with Trimble GPS systems to perform precise fine grading and earthmoving tasks in a heavy civil construction environment.
Responsibilities
Operate GPS-enabled dozers for precise fine grading and earthmoving tasks.
Work on major roadway expansion projects ensuring efficiency and safety.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 4 years of experience operating dozers or excavators.
Experience with GPS and fine grading techniques.
At least 3 years of experience in civil construction.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Trimble GPS systems is highly desirable.
Adaptability to operate different types of heavy equipment as needed.

Work Environment
Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm. The projects are located in New Kent, Chesterfield, and surrounding areas. Candidates must be comfortable commuting to these locations.

Pay and Benefits
