Duties
Help
Pass on to other workers instructions received from supervisor, demonstrates proper work methods, and start work.
See to it that there is enough work to keep everyone in work crews busy.
Answer workers questions regarding procedures, policies, written instructions, and other directives.
Provide information to supervisor on status and progress of work, causes of delays, and overall work operations and problems.
Work along with other employees and sets pace performing non-supervisory work of the same kind and level as that done by the group led.
Perform necessary travel independently or as a team member to designated activities in the performance of on-site rebuild/repair work as described in above duties.
