Role: Operations Analyst

Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day operations of the investment platform, including trade booking and lifecycle management across fixed income, repo, and other securities transactions.
Manage portfolio and fund operations, including position reconciliations across funds and entities, balance sheet reconciliations, expense allocations and accruals, and resolution of breaks with fund administrators and custodians.
Track and process corporate actions, including mandatory and voluntary events, manage proxy voting, and oversee the re-registration of physical securities and DWAC (Deposit/Withdrawal at Custodian) activity from end to end.
Partner closely with fund administrators and custodians to resolve operational issues, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate and timely processing. xzgxqkn
Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance existing operational processes, taking ownership of implementing improvements, strengthening controls, and reducing manual workflows.
Key Qualifications:
4 - 10 years investment operations experience
VBA/Excel macro knowledge a plus
