AtGOA-TECH, we’re looking for aHelp Desk Specialistwith anIT backgroundto provide top-notch support and ensure seamless operations for our team and clients. If you have experience withCRM systems (Zoho preferred), IT troubleshooting, and system management, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Providetechnical supportto internal teams and clients.
Troubleshoothardware, software, and networkissues.
Manage and optimizeZoho CRMand other business tools.
Install, configure, and maintainIT systems and applications.
Document and resolve technical inquiriesefficiently and effectively.
Assist withsecurity protocols and system updates.What We Need:
Proven experience inIT support, help desk, or technical assistance.
Familiarity withCRM systems (Zoho preferred)and cloud-based tools.
Strongproblem-solving and communicationskills.
Ability to workindependently and collaborativelyin a remote setting.
Proficiency inEnglish (C1 level)– Spanish is a plus!
Knowledge of basicnetworking, cybersecurity, and troubleshooting best practices.
Requirements
Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or technical assistance. (+7 years)
Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho preferred) and cloud-based tools.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
Proficiency in English (C1 level) – Spanish is a plus!
Knowledge of basic networking, cybersecurity, and troubleshooting best practices.
