CONTRACT TO HIRE - 3-6months
35-43/hr during contract then 75-80K annual compensation upon conversion plus benefits

Skills: CompTIA A+, Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS, Citrix Virtual Desktops Jira, Confluence, Mobile Device Management, hardware/software troubleshooting, printer and peripheral support, patch management, remote support tools, break fix
We're seeking a Tier 2 Help Desk Technician with 2–4 years of hands-on IT support experience to troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and virtual desktop issues across Windows, Mac, and mobile environments.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot computers, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and network-related issues.
Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, file servers, permissions, and Citrix virtual desktops.
Manage and document support tickets using Jira and create technical documentation in Confluence.
Assist with mobile device management, software installations, patching, and security updates.
Provide remote support, escalate complex issues, and deliver excellent end-user service.
Qualifications
2–4 years of hands-on IT support experience and required CompTIA A+ certification.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Experience with Windows command-line tools, remote support, and ticketing systems. xhqgsiq
A technical degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
