Job description
Bailey Information Technology, LLC is seeking a Helpdesk Manager / Task Order Program Manager for an on-site role at EEOC Headquarters in Washington, DC. This contingent position oversees the Enterprise Helpdesk task order, including ticket resolution approvals, staffing, and overall Work Order performance.
The role requires extensive IT service desk or program management experience, strong communication with Government stakeholders, and a preference for PMP certification.
