Hematology/Oncology Physician – Findlay, OH $550K–$650K Compensation | Flexible Schedule | Strong Physician Support | 40 Minutes from Toledo
A leading community health system is seeking a BE/BC Hematologist/Oncologist to join its growing team in Findlay, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity to practice with a high degree of physician autonomy while having access to a comprehensive network of specialists, advanced services, and a dedicated care team.

Practice Highlights
4 days of clinic + 1 remote administrative day
1:4 inpatient call
Approximately 50% Hematology / 50% Oncology
Common diagnoses include breast, colon, lung, and prostate cancers
Care-team model with a dedicated RN and MA
2 NPs supporting the practice
Chemo-certified RNs for inpatient chemotherapy administration
Hospitalist service handles admissions
