Innovative Specialty Clinics — Including Palliative Care, Survivorship, and Oncology Smart Care programs designed to support patients throughout their cancer journey.

Leadership in Clinical Research — With a legacy of excellence in research, ILCC was one of the original NCI CCOP grant recipients and is now one of only 34 community sites nationwide with an NCI NCORP grant. We actively enroll patients in cooperative group and industry-sponsored trials.

Strong Hospital Affiliations — Our physicians hold leadership roles in local hospital administrations, ensuring seamless care coordination and influence in healthcare delivery.

Exceptional Work Environment — We offer a competitive salary and benefits, a desirable call schedule, and an early track to full partnership. Our practice enjoys high provider satisfaction and an extremely low turnover rate.
