Flexible clinical scope - practice general Hem/Onc or lean into subspecialty interests
Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of subspecialists in a collegial, high-functioning cancer program
Primarily outpatient practice with minimal inpatient responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive evergreen base salary with uncapped productivity incentives
Proven earning potential exceeding $1M annually
$50,000 sign-on bonus and/or residency stipend, plus extensive student loan forgiveness
