This outpatient cancer center provides specialized hematology and oncology services across inpatient and outpatient settings within a structured on-site clinical environment. The facility operates with a dedicated clinical support team that includes an RN, a medical assistant, and access to an APP to facilitate coordinated patient care delivery. Established clinical protocols are in place to support quality hematologic and oncologic care throughout the covered assignment period.

About the Clinician's Workday
Clinicians will provide on-site inpatient and outpatient hematology and oncology coverage at an outpatient cancer center, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with emergency-only call obligations;
no formal weeknight, night, or weekday 24-hour call is required. The clinical scope encompasses the evaluation and management of hematologic and oncologic conditions across inpatient and outpatient settings, with virtual visits required and 80% order entry expected as part of the clinical workload. All clinical documentation must be maintained through the EPIC EMR system, with real-time or end-of-shift charting required for all patient encounters. xmcpwfu A dedicated RN, MA, and access to an APP are available to support clinical operations throughout the assignment.
