About the Facility
This facility operates as an outpatient cancer center providing specialized hematology and oncology services within a structured clinic environment. Clinical operations are supported by a team that includes other physicians, a medical assistant, a registered nurse, and cancer care navigators to facilitate coordinated oncologic care delivery. Established workflows are in place to support quality hematologic and oncologic care on a locum tenens basis.

About the Clinicians Workday
Clinicians will provide on-site outpatient hematology and oncology coverage, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with no call obligations required. The clinical scope is 80% oncology and 20% hematology, encompassing the evaluation and management of hematologic and oncologic conditions within an outpatient clinic setting for an adult patient population. Clinicians will manage up to 16 patients per day, with 2-3 new consults expected daily. Other physicians are on site, and a medical assistant, registered nurse, and cancer care navigators are available to support clinical operations throughout the assignment.
