About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians will provide on-site inpatient hematology and oncology coverage on a day shift schedule, Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, structured as four 10-hour shifts per week for a total of 40 hours. The clinical scope encompasses both solo inpatient care management and collaborative patient management, with 12-15 new consults expected as part of the daily workload. No call coverage is required for this assignment. All clinical documentation must be maintained through the EPIC EMR system for all patient encounters.
