About the Facility This hospital-based outpatient cancer center operates as part of a cancer institute group, providing specialized hematology and oncology services within a structured ambulatory clinic environment. The facility is supported by a clinical team of 7 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers to facilitate coordinated oncologic care delivery. Established clinical protocols are in place to support quality hematologic and oncologic care on a locum tenens basis.

About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians will provide on-site outpatient hematology and oncology coverage within an ambulatory clinic setting on a full-time day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no call or weekend obligations required. The clinical scope encompasses the evaluation and management of general hematologic and oncologic conditions for an adult patient population, with 0-3 new consults anticipated per day; new consult appointments are allotted 1 hour and follow-up visits are allotted 30 minutes. All clinical documentation must be maintained through the EPIC EMR system for all patient encounters and treatment planning activities.
