Job description
Job Title: Hematology Oncologist (J-1 or H-1B accepted)
Location: Greenville, NC
Salary Range: $520-625K (negotiable)
New Graduates encouraged to apply.
Highlights:
- Board-certified or board-eligible fellowship-trained Hematology Oncologists encouraged to apply.
- Focus on both academic and community-based oncology practice.
- Sub-specialty clinical focus available at the Greenville location.
- Community-based oncology care provided at regional cancer clinics across the network.
- Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM schedule with shared call.
- Inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, including:
- Developing treatment plans for new hematology oncology diagnoses.
- Chemotherapy oversight.
- Supervising advanced practice providers for follow-up care.
- Participating in tumor boards.
Collaboration and Facilities:
- Hospital privileges at a Level 1 Trauma, 974-bed academic medical center and regional hospitals.
- Participation in a 9-hospital cancer care system with 5 COC-accredited sites sharing a common medical record.
- State-of-the-art equipment, including:
- Gamma Knife, Cyber Knife, Trubeam Linear Accelerators.
- 3D Mammography, 3 MT MRI, Ultrasound, and comprehensive radiology services.
- Multidisciplinary team includes specialists in:
- Radiation oncology, surgical oncology, gynecologic oncology, neuro-oncology.
- Hematology oncology fellows and patient navigators.
