Job description
Step into an established community Oncology program and become the organization's dedicated Hematologist/Oncologist. With an existing patient base, experienced Oncology staff, and more than 20 years of providing cancer care, you can make the practice your own without having to build from the ground up.
Practice Details:
Choose the schedule that fits your lifestyle, with full-time or part-time options and the flexibility to practice 2, 3, or 4 days per week
100% outpatient practice with no call and manageable daily patient volumes
Practice alongside 3 certified Oncology RNs with 75+ years of combined experience, providing established clinical support from day one

Compensation & Benefits:
$700,000+ guaranteed compensation for a full-time schedule, providing financial stability as you transition into the established practice
$150,000 sign-on incentive plus a comprehensive benefits package and significant PSLF-eligible student loan repayment opportunities
