Job description
Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital in Weston, FL is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for the Hematology/Oncology inpatient service. The role supports a 256-bed hospital, participates in rounds, reviews chemotherapy orders in Epic, and works 8:00am–4:30pm.
You will collaborate with providers to optimize therapy, ensure safe dosing, monitor treatment, and contribute to medication safety initiatives while supporting oncology and transplant programs.
