Job description
Holy Cross Medical Group seeks a dynamic clinician-leader to serve as Medical Director of Hematology/Oncology. The SMD will provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for the oncology program, partnering with Service Line Chief and Practice Manager to advance quality, access, and growth.
Responsibilities include oversight of clinical operations, quality and patient safety, recruitment and staff engagement, and driving revenue and program development.
