Job description
Physician led, independent 450+ bed hospital in Kansas City is seeking a Hematology/Oncology physician to join and help shape a community oncology program.
Benign hematology & oncology position, interest in breast cancers would fit well!
Reasonable patient volumes averaging 17 patients per day
Radiation Oncology, Surgical Oncology, Financial Navigation and Nurse Navigation all in place
Oracle/Cerner EMR
Weekly Tumor Conferences - Mayo Clinic Care Network partner
Clinical trial resources available
Dedicated Oncology APRN for inpatient coverage with an average of 15 patients per day
Join a rapidly expanding program: practicing oncologists, 2027, and 2028 fellows encouraged to apply
Mentorship from tenured oncologists available
H-1B visa sponsorship available
Compensation & Benefits:
Base guarantee + wRVU bonuses = $700K+ annually
Exceptional employer retirement contributions of $46,000 annually
