Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Sandy Springs, GA
We are seeking a compassionate, patient focused and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established outpatient Hematology/Oncology practice in Sandy Springs.
This is a full time position working four days in the office with one remote day each week.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive examinations of Hematology/Oncology patients
Prescribe medications and treatments
Develop and implement patient management plans
Coordinate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
Collaborate with physicians and specialists regarding patient care
Build strong relationships with patients, families and the care team
Qualifications
Previous Hematology/Oncology APP experience required
Experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants only; new graduates are not eligible
Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
Current, unrestricted NP or PA license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast paced outpatient environment
