Job description
BAS Healthcare, Inc. seeks Advanced Practice Providers in Hematology/Oncology for an outpatient clinic in Eureka, CA. The position involves no on-call duties and a split schedule from 8am–12pm and 1pm–5pm with a guaranteed 8-hour day.
Applicants must hold an active California license, possess DEA, and be board certified or eligible. Two years of inpatient case logs are required for privileges; long-term housing assistance up to $3,500/month may be available.
