Job description
Eskenazi Health seeks a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist to optimize patient medication regimens and provide expert pharmacotherapy guidance within an interdisciplinary care team in Indianapolis, IN. The role includes education, drug information, and leadership in teaching and quality initiatives.
The successful candidate will hold a PharmD and Indiana licensure (or be eligible within 90 days); ASHP PGY1 residency is required, with PGY2 preferred. BLS/ACLS as needed.
