Hematology/Oncology NP/PA - Coastal Maryland TidalHealth is seeking an experienced Hematology/Oncology NP or PA to join our growing Cancer Care team on Maryland's Eastern Shore. This position offers an excellent four-day work week , strong APP collaboration, and no weekend or holiday responsibilities .
Opportunity Highlights Four 10-hour shifts per week
No weekends or holidays
Competitive base salary: $123,000-$157,000, based on experience
Additional productivity and quality incentives
Rotating weekday call shared among the APP team, Monday-Thursday only
Low-volume overnight call taken from home
Mix of Hematology and Oncology
Consults and rotational inpatient coverage with no admissions required
Practice at our Cancer Centers in Ocean Pines and Berlin, Maryland
Collaborative physicians, APPs, and experienced Cancer Care support team
