Outpatient practice with hospital consults
Dedicated Support Staff:

o Certified Oncology Dietitian

o Financial Counselor
o Genetic Counselor
o Nurse Navigators, a Nurse Survivorship Navigator, and a Native American Advocate
23 infusion rooms
Tumor boards
Clinical trials
Sub-specialty support from Sanford Fargo
Collaborative relationship with oncology team at Roger Maris Cancer Center, Fargo
Willing to consider hybrid options

Service population of 142,000
118 bed hospital, 14 bed ICU
Exceptional work/life balance
Compensation Package
Compensation floor of $700,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus
estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
In addition, a $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will
be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
